Who is responsible for adding my raw materials to the application?
We always request product lists from the suppliers. We currently have over 10,000 suppliers in our database. When anything changes, our nutritionists immediately check all the technical information sheets, ingredients, allergens and nutritional values. We also arrange for translations into French, English and German.
Do all suppliers work with Quality Guard?
Our job is to make sure that every supplier is included in the application. It’s logical, after all – lots of functions are inextricably linked to suppliers: incoming goods checks, tracking, compiling recipes, evaluations, the online shop, etc.
