The Belgian Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FAVV) enforces stringent laws regarding allergens, food safety and hygiene in restaurants, catering services and institutional kitchens. The app makes it easy to create order receipts. When the order is fulfilled, you can automatically link the batch numbers to each order. It’s then easy to print out delivery notes with the right batch numbers and expiry dates for the products you’re delivering.

Every employee gets a personalised task list in the app. You can keep a running check on which tasks have been completed and which ones are still pending. You can enter a cleaning schedule in Quality Guard and the app will assign the various tasks to different members of staff. Everybody knows what they need to do. Overview of the most important functionality in the Quality Guard app

Tracking

Each time you scan a batch from your stock, the system automatically adds the batch number to all recipes that use this raw material. The system therefore has the production date, batch number, and expiry date of each raw material and can automatically calculate the shelf life of the recipe.

Stock control

All goods received are assigned a batch number and expiry date. You can see at all times what you have in stock and how long it will keep.

Incoming goods checks

When you get deliveries of goods you’ve ordered via the online shop, use the app to easily complete the incoming goods checks. You can check that everything has arrived, that it’s properly packaged, check the expiry dates, etc. If anything is wrong, it will be recorded and you can notify the supplier directly using the app.

Reporting

We collect all the documentation necessary for the FAVV in the app for you, so that you can easily pull up the reports for audits. The report is sent to your email in PDF format and includes all the documents that the FAVV needs to audit your business.

PestGuard

Unlike other suppliers, Quality Guard uses electronic mousetraps. When a mouse is caught, you will receive a notification in the app immediately. You can dispose of the mouse yourself and save on pest control costs.

Cuts

This module makes it very easy to label your fresh meat cuts with their batch or Sanitel number, packaging date and expiry date. You can save names and quantities in the app to speed up the process further next time.

Allergens and nutritional values

You can use the recipe module to compile recipes with your own raw materials. Quality Guard pulls up the technical data for each of the raw materials (allergens, nutritional values, composition, etc.). This gives you a rapid, accurate analysis of the allergens and nutritional values of your own products.

Easily draw up delivery notes and order receipts, automatically linked to the correct batch numbers.
