Quality Guard is looking for a Call Agent to contact prospective clients and tell them more about our service. You make arrangements for an agent or sales representative to visit the potential client and give them a demo. You are the first point of contact for the prospective client.
Profile for a Call Agent:
• You are a fluent communicator with a pleasant voice
• You are always friendly and calm
• You can answer customer questions directly
• You have good business sense
• You speak excellent Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French
• You are punctual and plan your time
• You have the power of persuasion
